Bergtatt opened its doors in 2017 and has since become a gathering place for great meals in a cozy atmosphere with a view that takes your breath away. Located on the 5th floor, surrounded by Bergen’s seven mountains, we offer a panoramic view that truly lives up to our name. You’ll be enchanted – no matter the weather or season.

Our rooftop terrace features a glass-enclosed winter garden, allowing you to enjoy views of the mountains, the city, and the ever-changing sky—from bright summer days to atmospheric autumn evenings. With its warm and welcoming atmosphere, Bergtatt is a place where friends, families, students, and colleagues can come together to share memorable moments.

Bergtatt is part of the Magic Norway group, which operates several restaurants, hotels, and a shopping center in Bergen. We are proud to be part of a city rich in history, nature, and charm – and we invite you to experience it all from our unique vantage point on the 5th floor.
